With a radical transition in cyber crime to highly professionalized and sophisticated operations it is essential to keep up with those developments. Building your own team, transforming an existing setup or being able to evaluate external providers is key to survive in this high stakes game. The talk will share insights on the factors at play, lessons that often where learned the hard way and concludes with best practices from the trenches.
