Payment terms/ attendance fee

After registration the participant will receive a confirmation as well as the bill. This bill is a net bill and has to be transferred to our account.

Liability limitations of the organizer

Hagenberger Kreis zur Förderung der digitalen Sicherheit is not liable for loss or damage of any of your articles or objects, unless it occurs because of the organizer’s gross fault. We are not liable for any personal injuries either. We would like to ask you not to leave any important articles or objects in the conference rooms during the breaks.

Alternation of the conference programme

In exceptional cases there might be changes of the conference programme or speakers. You can contact the organizers for up-to-date information at any time.

Copyright

Work material you will be given during the conference is copyrighted material and must not be duplicated or used commercially without the permission of the referent.

Cancellation

If you are not able to join the conference, we would ask you to inform us seven days in advance, otherwise we will have to charge the full price.

Data protection

All your provided data will be saved via electronic data processing by the Hagenberger Kreis zur Förderung der digitalen Sicherheit and will be used for the dissemination of information for Hagenberger Kreis, its sponsors and partners. Detailed information can be found in our privacy policy.
According to § 107 TKG (Austrian telecommunication law) the participant agrees to receive emails about relevant information concerning the conference by the Hagenberger Kreis.

Photographs

During the days of our conference and during the evening event we will take photos for marketing purposes. By participating the Security Forum the participant agrees with the publication of these photos as long as they do not violate the legitimate interest of the pictured persons according to § 78 Urheberechtsgesetz (Austrian copyright law).
